Retired partner, DOVEY J. ROUNDTREE, continues to pile up the awards and honors. Since being featured in an article in the March, 2002 issue of the Washingtonian Magazine, she was again featured in an article in the February 3, 2003 issue of the Charlotte Observer. On February 23, 2003 she received the Mt. Hope Baptist Church's Living Legend Award. And just the day before, that she was interviewed by ABC News correspondent Renee poussaint, co-founder with Camille Cosby of the National Visionary Leadership Project. This is a non-profit organization that was established last spring by Mrs. Poussaint and Mrs. Cosby to record and videotape the experiences of blacks in the 70's and 80's. Mrs, Roundtree was one of 30 nationally known visionaries, including Dorothy Height, Ruby Dee, Ossie Davis, Adrew Young, Gordon Parks, and others.
